"The truth is that everything went well. We had a little luck with the last safety car because we had a practically good position and we put on new tyres," said Alonso.
"At the start we avoided all accidents. There was a car looking in the opposite direction, that of Rosberg, I think, and it made a lot of smoke because there was some sort of spin," he adde. "And we got through all the accidents and gained positions from the first lap."
