Lewis Hamilton has set the fastest time in the second free practice for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. He was the only driver to go under 1:45, a 1:44.753. Twenty minutes before the end it started to rain quite heavy in Belgium and no one could improve their times on the wet track. Felipe Massa completed no laps as Williams had to replace his chassis after his crash this morning.
