Nico Rosberg continued to set the pace in final practice for the Singapore Grand Prix.
The Mercedes driver narrowly beat Max Verstappen, lapping the Marina Bay street circuit by just under six hundredths of a second.
Kimi Raikkonen was third, ahead of Daniel Ricciardo and Ferrari team mate Sebastian Vettel.
Nico Hulkenberg was sixth, Daniil Kvyat seventh, while Lewis Hamilton was a lowly eighth after struggling in the session. Carlos Sainz and Valtteri Bottas completed the top 10.
The session faced a red flag after Pascal Wehrlein crashed, leaving rear wing debris on the track.
Moments later, Max Verstappen radioed to say he had seen "a giant lizard" on the track, which caused further delays.
Notable names lower down the classification were Jenson Button n 16th, and Romain Grosjean in 18th. The Haas driver called his car the worst he has driven "in a long, long time".
Pascal Wehrlein was the fastest driver through the speed trap, despite finishing in 21st place, one spot ahead of team mate and fellow Mercedes junior Esteban Ocon.
