Nico Rosberg takes pole for the Belgian Grand Prix

Nico Rosberg has taken pole position for the Belgian Grand Prix after setting a 1 minute 46:744.

Rosberg was a tenth and a half ahead of Max Verstappen who will start on the front row for the first time in his career. He becomes the youngest driver to start on the front row in Formula One.

Kimi Raikkonen was third, ahead of his team-mate Sebastian Vettel. Daniel Ricciardo starts on the third row of the grid, alongside Sergio Perez. Perez out-qualified his tam-mate Nico Hulkenberg.

Valtteri Bottas lines up eight and Jenson Button starts from an impressive ninth. Felipe Massa completes the top 10.
