UPDATED: Lewis Hamilton called to the stewards after FP3 pit incident

Lewis Hamilton is at risk of receiving a grid penalty for the German Grand Prix after a pit lane incident in final practice.

Hamilton was released into the path of Romain Grosjean, forcing the Haas driver to brake heavily.
