Sauber has officially confirmed that Pascal Wehrlein will be back in the car for this weekend's Bahrain Grand Prix after missing out on the opening two rounds to injury.
The German has been watching Antonio Giovinazzi is his car in Melbourne and Shanghai, but will make a formal return to racing this weekend and start his first race for his new team.

While Giovinazzi impressed many in Australia with his performance, he crashed in both qualifying and the race in China, denting the reputation that was growing around him. However, he still remains part of the Ferrari team and will no doubt gain plenty of experience from his two weeks of participating.
Wehrlein will be anxious to step back into the Sauber, and Bahrain will be the first race that he can not only prove to Sauber what he is capable of but also Mercedes who chose Valtteri Bottas over him to replace Nico Rosberg at the start of the year.

Good luck for him. I wanted to Giovinazzi to stay more, let's see if Wehrlein can score points for SAUBER!! Ericsson I'm pretty sure not Sauber's best chance.
