Monday marks the beginning of pre-season testing at the Circuit de Catalunya in Spain, and every team has now arrived at the track. Some, such as Haas F1, Renault, Williams and Sauber, have already clocked up laps as part of their FIA-permitted filming days. Not every team has a car there just yet, however, and Red Bull Racing has supposedly been cutting it very fine, with its new RB13 only arriving at Heathrow for its flight to Barcelona on Saturday morning.
"Last Thursday the car was not even finished yet, and there were even parts that had to be made", a source from the team told F1Today.net. "Since then, the car has rapidly gathered pace and has now been put together. Earlier today, a truck team delivered the RB13 at Heathrow airport."

In recent years, Red Bull has gained a reputation for putting each new car together at the last minute, and this season is clearly no exception. The Austrian squad has also taken various measures to prevent leaked images of the RB13.
"Someone from the team continuously remains with the car so that nobody secretly takes pictures of it", added the source. "He's flown in a special plane to Barcelona, which previously happened to be a military aircraft. A team truck drives to the airport in Barcelona and transports the car from there to the circuit so that we can begin work. I have not seen the car personally yet!"
Early on Saturday evening, the new car - to be driven by Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo - arrived at its destination, ready to hit the ground running during the first test.
