Valtteri Bottas has an offer to drive for Renault in 2017 according to Finnish television commentator Oskari Saari.
The current Williams driver's future is uncertain at the moment with Jenson Button, Lance Stroll, Daniil Kvyat, Sergio Perez, Felipe Nasr, and Alex Lynn amongst the names linked with the seats currently occupied by Bottas and Brazilian veteran Felipe Massa..
According to Saari, Bottas could still remain with Williams, although he is mulling over an offer from Renault.
"It is impossible to get a comment from those involved, especially the drivers at this time of the year," he told the Danish newspaper BT. "Valtteri is saying nothing, but let me put it like this: I know for sure that he has offers from both Williams and Renault at the moment."

He should jump at the change to join a factory team, get a 3 year contract. Williams not going anywhere without factory support.

How trustworthy is that Saari?
If this is true it's his best (and probably only) chance to ever join a factory team.- + 0
