It was Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton who set the fastest time in the second free practice for the Australian Grand Prix, but it was his team mate Nico Rosberg who grabbed the headlines. The German lost control of his car coming out of turn 7 and made contact with the wall. He damaged one of the few new noses Mercedes had brought to Melbourne for this weekend.

Looks sort of stable for McLaren, even if Im pretty sure both Red Bulls, Williams and Ferraris will be in front of them in the actual race. But depending on how things go, points might not be impossible for them here.
