Robert Kubica has been signed up to his first official F1 role since his horror rally accident back in 2011. The Pole was in contention for a race seat at Williams, however he missed out when the Grove squad confirmed Sergey Sirotkin as Felipe Massa's replacement.
Kubica will hold the role of test and development driver for the team, and will drive the car at the pre-seaosn test in Barcelona and three free practice one sessions throughout the 2018 season. Below, you can see the man himself and members of Williams speak about his return.
