Sauber F1 Team have confirmed that they will not be taking part in the upcoming test at Silverstone.
This is due to the fact that the car's new aero package is to be introduced at a later stage, amidst ongoing financial difficulties for the Swiss team.
Sauber also missed the first in-season test at Barcelona in mid-May due to not having any updates for the Spanish Grand Prix.
Team principal Monisha Kaltenborn has spent recent months trying to secure fresh financial backing to guarantee Sauber's future in F1 with talks still ongoing as the team looks to secure its future.
