During the off-season in Formula 1, drivers get more time to themselves away from the circuit without the hustle of travelling worldwide every second weekend or so.

Sebastian Vettel, who keeps his personal life away from the public, ventured to Hahnenkamm in Austria this weekend, where the 2020 Alpine Ski World Cup is being held.

Also at the event was the four Red Bull linked drivers of Max Verstappen, Alexander Albon, Daniil Kvyat and Pierre Gasly.

The latter two mentioned racers compete for AlphaTauri (formerly Toro Rosso), Red Bull's junior squad.

Vettel took his first win for Toro Rosso in 2008 and moved to Red Bull the following year, winning four consecutive world championships from 2010 to 2013.

Since joining Ferrari in 2015, Vettel has failed to secure a world title - however it is clear that his friendship with Red Bull hasn't been tainted in the five years that he has been away from the Milton Keynes squad!

  • Those four are more than just linked, they Are Red Bull drivers. As for Vettel: his ties with RB ain't cut, that much he has confirmed before. Question is: should they outpace Ferrari in 2020, would he attempt to go back to them?

    • Methinks, Vettel is joining RB in the place of Albon, and would retire with them. Its a win win scenario for both. Ferrari might want to bring in Riccoardo ( hope they are stupid enough to bring in Alonso )

    • It is possible. Not necessarily likely, but if he does go to another team, it'll likely be RBH. It's either him or Ric.

This is splitting hairs and very opportunistic writing to start rumors... Susie Wolff was there as well, so what is he going to Mercedes, or Williams perhaps?? Is there going to be a RedBull Mercedes, driven by Vettel and Alonso for that matter...? In one week we'll have actual news... In the meantime just avoid this click baiting shit.
