Tyre selections for 2017 Italian Grand Prix

Pirelli has announced the tyre selections each driver has made for the Italian Grand Prix this year.  Drivers had to choose from the medium, soft and super soft tyre for the weekend, and you can view the table below to see the choices each driver made.

There is no major variant as all drivers have opted for one set of the medium tyre which will probably only be used for installation laps. Most drivers have gone for two sets of the soft tyre and ten of the super soft, while the rest have decided to go with one extra set of the yellow-walled soft compound.

  • Interesting choices, why isn't the ultra soft not being used?
