Tyre selections for the Belgian Grand Prix

Pirelli has announced the tyre selections each driver has made for the Belgian Grand Prix this year.  Drivers had to choose from the soft, super soft and ultra soft tyre for the weekend, and you can view the table below to see the choices each driver made.

There is quite a variant among the teams, with Red Bull and McLaren going quite aggressive for the weekend. Both team heavily favour the ultra soft tyre on a track that has very fast corners which put a lot of stress through the tyre. Mercedes has almost evenly split the compounds for the weekend, perhaps in light of its struggles of the softer compounds.
