Im still not sure. If it is better, its probably not in raw power, but maybe it has a better balance of combination of multiple factors (power, driveability, efficiency, weight and reliability, and so on). If the issues Mercedes had has anything at all to do with the new upgrade, they could be in for a hard ride. But the car itself looks more competitive than ever.
