Pascal Wehrlein linked with Force India switch

Pascal Wehrlein could be in line for a move to Force India if Nico Hulkenberg leaves the SIlverstone-based team.

Hulkenberg is currently the subject of speculation linking him with a move to Renault, even though both he and Force India officials have denied it.

However, despite now being linked with a potential Force India drive, Mercedes-backed Wehrlein insists the German manufacturer will decide where his future lies.

"Mercedes will do the talks for me," Wehrlein is quoted by DPA news agency. "If there are several options, we will decide together."

Despite the link, the 21-year-old admitted that he doesn't really pay attention to the situations of other drivers.

"The contracts of other drivers interests me much less than my own," said Wehrlein.
