Williams have released two images of the FW36, their 2014 challenger, via Twitter.
The FW36 is painted in the heritage colour blue which Williams will run in pre-season testing. It also features the 'anteater' style nose, which the majority of teams are expected to run this season.
The new regulations state that the nose must be no higher than 185mm above the ground, compared to 550mm in 2013. The problem with this change concern aerodynamics, as the lower the nose, the more the airflow through the underside of the car is disrupted which causes a loss in downforce and unnecessary drag.
Designers are trying to adapt their cars by making the nose narrower than the monocoque itself, thus resulting in the 'anteater' effect, with Caterham's Cyril Abiteboul labelling it as "ugly".
The livery for the car has not been revealed and is unlikely to do so until pre-season testing is completed. No title sponsor has been announced.
Williams will run the Brazilian Felipe Massa and Finn Valtteri Bottas for 2014, with the team expected to be present at Jerez on January 28th.
