Romain Grosjean has set the fastest laptime on the second test day at the Circuit the Catalunya. After Lotus' comeback yesterday, with the absence of last week because of a chassis problem, Grosjean was fastest yesterday as well.
The other French driver today, Jean-Eric Vergne, finished second with his Toro Rosso with Sebastian Vettel on the third place. Alonso finished fourth with Kovalainen on a good fifth spot.
The morning session began later than expected as there was a lot of fog around the circuit. Whilst started, the test session was interrupted by five red flags and one red flag in the afternoon.
Tomorrow is day three of the test in Barcelona.
