Na een spetterende F1-kwalificatie in Budapest was er nog meer gebeurd. De Formule 2 en Formule 3 kwamen ook in actie en reden net als de koningsklasse op de Hungaroring.
In de F2 won MP Motorsport-coureur en Red Bull-junior Dennis Hauger afgetekend de sprintrace. De Noor finishte voor een andere Red Bull-protogé, Ayumu Iwasa.

Het spannendste gevecht ging om P3 tussen Olli Bearman en Theo Pourchaire. Bearman hield stand en pakte het laatste podiumplekje. Richard Verschoor werd dertiende.

Frederik Vesti blijft eerste in de rangschikking met een punt voorsprong op Pourchaire. Iwasa staat vijftien punten achter op Vesti.
Bij de Formule 3 ging het gevecht in de sprintrace om de zege tussen de Italiaan Gabriel Mini en de Braziliaan Gabriel Bortoleto. Mini trok aan het langste door een beslissende inhaalpoging.

Nummer drie werd een andere Italiaan, Nikita Bedrin. In de stand verandert er niet veel. Bortoleto blijft ruimschoots aan kop in de stand.
