Three years ago the environmental management system of the Sauber group was certificated with ISO 14001 for the first time. Now, the company has received the renewal of this certificate. ISO 14001 is the most widely established standard worldwide in this field.
The two-day recertification audit took place at the company's headquarters in Hinwil. The Sauber group received certification that all requirements of this standard were fulfilled.
"The recertification of our environmental management system shows that we continue to support the sustainable protection of our environment. We are very pleased to further implement environmental projects and will still treat this topic as a high priority", explained CEO Monisha Kaltenborn.
