I wonder if this means Sutil has also reached an agreement with Sauber, as he was reported to have a valid contract for 2015 just like Guido van der Garde.
There have been some reports that he is seeking compensation from Sauber but it's been quiet ever since.
As far as I have read on the internet Sutil will start his lawsuit against Sauber as soon as Giedo would have been finished succesfully...
