Sebastian Vettel has ended the final practice session on top after setting a lap time of 1:12.395. The Ferrari looked to be the pick of the field as Vettel was followed by teammate Kimi Raikkonen in second, although he was over three-tenths of a second down.
Valtteri Bottas was third in the Mercedes, while Lewis Hamilton in the other Silver Arrow was only fifth. Splitting the two Mercedes was Max Verstappen as Red Bull appear to be as close as they have been all season.
Daniel Ricciardo was sixth, followed by the Toro Rosso's of Carlos Sainz and Daniil Kvyat. Kevin Magnussen will be happy with his result as he ended up ninth, and completing the top 10 was the McLaren of Stoffel Vandoorne.
Esteban Ocon was today's victim of the barriers. The Frenchman clipped the inside barrier at the swimming pool section and snapped a steering arm, sending him into the barriers. The Force India crew will have a ttough job in getting the car back out for qualifying.
