Kimi Raikkonen has said that Ferrari must keep working if they are to take the fight to Mercedes this season.
The Italian squad has slipped behind Red Bull in recent races, and Raikkonen said that the team are not satisfied with their recent performance.
"In terms of expecting more from the upcoming races, we are always expecting to do more," Kimi told Gazetta World. "Ferrari wants to win.2
"That is the same for us drivers as well as everyone else in the team. To do that we must keep working just like we are doing now."
Raikkonen, who won Ferrari's last drivers' title in 2007 said that if the team are to return to the top, they should avoid predictions and focussing on others.
"We are not here to try to guess when we will be winners," he said. "I want to repeat that we only need to keep working hard during the second part of the season, without worrying about the others and their performances."
"We know the value of the Mercedes cars but we are serious and we focused on growing further for the future,” he concluded. “We are all angry and the next race will provide us with an opportunity to do even better and keep fighting to try and win."
