Hamilton wins Bahrain Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton has won the Bahrain Grand Prix. The Brit triumphed ahead of Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen and Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg. Sebastian Vettel ended fifth after a slightly messy race.

Valtteri Bottas finished fourth for Williams, whilst teammate Felipe Massa encountered various problems and couldn't do more than tenth. Sixth place was there for Daniel Ricciardo, who broke his Renault engine in the last meters of the race.

Red Bull teammate Daniil Kvyat recovered from a bad qualifying to a strong ninth place, behind Romain Grosjean and Sergio Perez in the Force India. The Toro Rosso youngsters Carlos Sainz and Max Verstappen were the only two retirements.
