Reports have emerged that Force India's 2014 chassis will feature a rather unique 'hump' on the monocoque, according to an Italian source.
Their rather unique approach is allegedly to direct more airflow towards the underside of the car, without compromising space within the cockpit. The news comes after artistic illustrations were released of what the majority of 2014's challengers may look like, and the Silverstone-based teams different approach may be a gamble that could pay off.
Furthermore, technical boss Andy Green has stated that there will be a "few surprises" regarding the VM07's livery, as well as the Telmex branding from Carlos Slim's Mexican company.
The team finished in sixth place in the Constructors Championship in 2013 and are looking to better their results this season with Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez at the wheel.
