Lewis Hamilton believes that the president of the FIA, Jean Todt, has questions to answer for regarding Sebastian Vettel, who escaped further punishment on Monday during his hearing for intentionally driving into Hamilton during the Azerbaijan Grand Prix two weeks ago.
In a press conference in Austria, Hamilton insisted that there is still "respect" between him and his championship rival after he accepted Vettel's apology for the incident. However, the Briton stood by his opinion that Vettel's driving in Baku was disgraceful.
"My opinion stays the same," said Hamilton. "With all due respect, Jean [Todt] should be sitting here to answer some questions because they didn't change anything on Monday, so the message that was sent still remains the same."
