Ferrari, McLaren, and Mercedes have all expressed their interest to have the Lotus technical director on board in 2013. However, the British designer has said he wishes to stay at Enstone.
If Paddy Lowe does leave McLaren for Mercedes after the German team got in contact, James Allison is in the line-up to replace him.
A spokesperson from Lotus has stated that Allison has a contract for this season, and that he wants to stay at the Genii Capital owned team.
