Van Amersfoort has confirmed the departure of David Beckmann from the team. The 17-year-old joined the Dutch team for the 2017 Formula 3 European Championship. Beckmann made his debut in the series last year for Mucke Motorsport, claiming two podiums at Zandvoort and Hockenheim.
After 9 races in 2017, the German has failed to score a point. Beckmann started racing in cars in 2015, where he ADAC Formula 4 Championship and the Italian Formula 4 Championship, finishing fifth and fourth in the standings respectively.
After 3 rounds of the 2017 FIA Formula 3 European Championship, Van Amersfoort Racing and driver David Beckmann will go separate ways. .
