Sergio Perez will not reconcile with a sponsor he recently axed.
The Force India driver dumped sunglasses manufacturer Hawkers for a joke about Mexicans in the wake of Donald Trumps US presidential election.
Despite an apology and the formation of a charity in a ttempt to make up for the gaffe, Perez insists their relationship will not be rekindled.
"I will not go back to working with them," he said.
"Yesterday we finally broke the business relationship," he is quoted by the Spanish sports daily Marca.
"They proposed a foundation with my name, but I said no. I already have a foundation, but if they want to make one for charitable causes that's fine with me, but I do not need it," Perez insisted.
