Nico Rosberg has set the best time in the first free practice for the Grand Prix of Spain. The Mercedes driver was just seven hundredths faster than teammate Lewis Hamilton. Ferrari couldn't match that pace, Mercedes was a full second clear of the rest. Scuderia Toro Rosso had a good session with both young drivers in the top six.
