Would you say that turbo configuration is like Mercedes or is it traditional layout?

A group of F1 gearheads (engineers & techies) in a chatroom on another site have made and discussed additional diagrams but seem to agree: (1) this is a computer-generated picture, and (2) it shouldn't be relied on to answer any questions about power unit configuration. Their concensus is that Honda and McLaren wil remain very secretive about those details since this is "work in progress" and could see changes before it's all bench-tested, then mounted and run in a chassis. Sounds right to me.
