Lewis Hamilton admits that he will have to rely on strategy for tomorrow's Hungarian Grand Prix in order to claim a strong result. The Brit was left disappointed after qualifying when he slumped to fourth place, behind the two Ferrari's and his teammate Valtteri Bottas.
The Brit appeared to never be comfortable at the wheel of his W08 and couldn't match the pace of his rivals. His final time in the last part of qualifying was over four-tenths of a second down on Sebastian Vettel who secured pole position.
"It's not been the easiest weekend but the car felt pretty good," he said. "We made some improvements and the laps were generally good except for Q3. We knew that they were quick, they showed it earlier today. We were aware of their pace I don't know if they've made an upgrade, or whatever it is, but I think we did quite well considering. Yeah, the race is on! You can't overtake here, so it's going to be most likely a train unless we can do something on strategy."
