Hamilton and Vettel together equal Schumacher

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel combined matched Michael Schumacher's race wins record on Sunday as Hamilton triumphed at Hockenheim.

Between them they have 91 victories (Hamilton 49, Vettel 42), the same number Schumacher achieved alone during his Formula One career

Additionally, the pair's world title tally matches Schumacher, with Vettel's four and Hamilton's three championship matching Schumacher's record haul of seven drivers crowns.

Incidentally, Schumacher had 'only' 306 starts to reach those impressive statistics, while Vettel and Hamilton combined have 348 Grands Prix starts.
