The much debated Halo system may not be introduced until 2018 after the updated 'Halo 2' made its debut on Sebastian Vettel's car at Silverstone.
The new Halo was positioned higher to prevent a driver hitting it in the event of a crash, but this compromised Vettel's view of the circuit.
