Reigning European Formula 3 champion Felix Rosenqvist will test an IndyCar fro Chip Ganassi racing on Thursday.
Taking place at Mid Ohio, the test follows last weekend's IndyCar event in Toronto where Rosenqvist won both Indy Lights races. Despite missing two rece weekends, the Swede currently sits seventh in the Indy Lights standings.
"It's an incredible opportunity! IndyCar is to get the biggest motor racing championship in America and it is a dream of every driver for such a possibility," said Rosenqvist. "I am honoured that I can do when Chip Ganassi, a top team in the class with which I for television grew up. I'm going to make the best of it! "
Another star of European single seater racing, Robin Frijns will also be in action at the test. He will be driving for Andretti Autosport.
