Lewis Hamilton aims to regain championship lead in Malaysia

Lewis Hamilton insists he will try to regain the championship lead at the next race in Malaysia.

The reigning champion lost the top spot to team mate Nico Rosberg in Singapore. Rosberg won the race while Hamilton appeared to struggle all weekend and eventually had to settle for third.

"It doesn't always go well and it was a difficult weekend for me and my side of the garage," Hamilton said. "But we will reunite and regather and understand what went wrong and try to rectify it for the next race."

"All in all, with everything that's gone on this year, I'm still in the fight. We have a good car. We’ve got to have a good weekend.

"There's still a long way to go and I'm going to give it everything I've got."
