The French PM Francois Fillon will announce tomorrow that France will be back on the F1 calendar in 2013, according to Le Parisien. The race will take place at Paul Ricard.
After that, France will alternate with Belgium, so the popular Spa-Francorchamps circuit will only host a race once in every two years.
