MW Arden is delighted to confirm Robert Visoiu to complete their driver line-up for the 2013 GP3 Championship. The Romanian driver, 16, moved up from Formula Abarth to GP3 in 2012. He finished 14th last year, securing his first podium at his inaugural weekend in Barcelona. The team were very pleased with Roberts performance in Estoril, where he finished in the top 5 over the two day test.
Arden, Sporting Director, Julian Rouse comments, "We are pleased to have Robert on board with us for this season. At such a young age he is a very proficient and talented driver. Robert impressed us a lot when he joined the team for the Estoril test session last year, being as competitive as other drivers we tested despite his young age. Only a few years ago we recruited a young 16 year old, who went on to win the GP3 Championship with us last year. It would be nice to see this happen again."
