Ferrari reveals tweaked livery for Melbourne

Ferrari has unveiled a tweaked livery that it will use at the Australian Grand Prix this weekend.

The controversial Mission Winnow logos have been stripped from the car amid controversy over the initiative, which was launched last October by Philip Morris International (PMI).

In place of the Mission Winnow logo on the engine cover, Ferrari has opted to display '90 years', a mark celebrating 90 years of Scuderia Ferrari.

Ferrari confirmed earlier this month that the MIssion Winnow logos would not be present on the SF90 in Australia, but they would return for the second round in Bahrain.

Health departments in both Australia and Europe have expressed concern over Mission Winnow, as laws on tobacco advertising remain tight.

PMI has repeatedly denied that Mission Winnow has a connection to its tobacco brand.

Ferrari is expected to operate once again as 'Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow' following the Australian Grand Prix, as the brand was dropped from the entry list for the first round of the year.
