Red Bull team boss Christian Horner says that he wants F1's governing body to clarify rules regarding driver positioning at the start of a Grand Prix.
His calls come after Sebastian Vettel was noticeably left of his grid slot at the start of yesterday's race, so much so, that he was investigated by the stewards. However, no further action was warranted, causing Horner to speak up.

"I can understand what Seb wanted to do," said Horner, who was Vettel's former boss at Red Bull. "He wanted to be on a less wet part of the track. But can you do that? We should know in black and white what is permitted in this area and what is not."
Vettel went on to finish the race in second position after falling to sixth when he pitted under the virtual safety car. The German, who knows the rulebook inside-out, defended his tactics: "I didn't want to be on the line on the wet track, and there is nothing in the regulations about not doing that," he said.
