Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone and 2009 world champion have both backed fellow Brit Lewis Hamilton to again triumph in the title race.
After a resurgence following a poor start the the season, Hamilton now holds a slender two point lead in the championship after Nico Rosberg's recent back-to-back wins.
Despite that, both Ecclestone and Button think it will be Hamilton who prevails once again.
"Of course he (Hamilton) will win. No doubt about that," Bernie Ecclestone told F1's official website.
"He's come from such a long way back, I think everyone forgets how far he was behind Rosberg and he closed that gap over three races," Button added when speaking to the Sun newspaper's correspondent Ben Hunt.
"His qualifying is impressive, and I think in a race you know he's in a very strong position," Button added.
"Mentally he's a lot stronger than he used to be, he's got a really good chance and he probably is going to win a fourth world title."
