A source close to Ferrari has quashed talk of the Italian team ditching team principal Maurizio Arrivabene.
Formula One blogger Leo Turrini, who is often well informed on Ferrari matters, has said he knows of no impending decision to oust the former Malboro executive.
"As far as I know, Sergio Marchionne has no intention of getting rid of Maurizio Arrivabene," he wrote.
"But I'm not intimately close to the president so time will tell."
Ecclestone urges Marchionne to get more involved
Formula One supremo Ernie Ecclestone has said that Ferrari President Sergio Marchionne should be more involved in his team.
Marchionne, who took over as president and chairman of Ferrari in late-2014 after the resignation of Luca di Montezemolo, has been a lesser presence in the paddock compared to his predecessor, something Ecclestone believes needs to change if the team is to succeed.
The Brit said the team "has become very Italian again", adding that Marchionne needs to get involved "seven days a week, 24 hours a day".
