Friday has a 60% chance of heavy rain for FP1 with strong West/North Westerly winds from 14.00 onwards, humidity will rise to around 80% also meaning FP2 could take place with drivers using Intermediate if not Wet tyres.
Temperatures are set to reach their lowest of the weekend on Saturday with 32ºC expected to peak at around midday.
FP3 starts at 13.00 and between 11.00 and 17.00 Local Time, West/North Westerly winds will again be in force potentially reaching up to 14km/h with an expected rainfall of 1.7mm around the circuit meaning that Turn 4 will most likely be affected first for Qualifying which starts at 16.00.
Rain is expected to again fall heavily overnight into Sunday from 23.00 to 05.00 meaning that the rubber laid down by drivers will be all but washed away from the showers.
Despite this, it should however be a fairly bright start to the day with temperatures quickly expected to reach 33ºC. At 14.00 however, a 75% risk of very isolated moderate rain showers due to hit the circuit that is due to continue until the race is over, meaning that the race is likely to start under wet conditions, if not a heavy shower is expected during the Grand Prix.
These changeable weather conditions that are expected will ensure drivers and teams will have to be very careful regarding their selection for use of Wet tyres as they are limited to just 3 sets over the course of the weekend, meaning that we may see a lack of running on Friday and Saturday morning.
