Formula One management are set to broadcast driver briefings from this weekend according to Motorsport Total.
The move follows F1's trials of ultra high definition technology in Singapore, and is the latest move to freshen up the media side of the sport.
However, there are fears that teams may change what they say in such briefings, so as to not give too much away.
F1 is currently subject of a takeover by media giants Liberty Media, a market leader in sports broadcasting, and this latest development could be something brought about by the American company, although that has not been confirmed.
