Hamilton was on the inside of the corner and then took to the exit of the corner to let Raikkonen through, however the Finn already looked to be impeded.
The stewards have stated that it will see Raikkonen and Hamilton at 17:00 local time to discuss the incident, which could put the Briton's front row start in danger.
Impeding is impeding. Considering the penalties they've dealt out earlier for impeding, if they are consistent it'll be a penalty. Though this is Hammy, so he'll likely escape without one.

Some weird driving from Hamilton, but since Kimi got to Q3, there's no need for penalties.

Hamilton won't get penalty. Other drivers would but not him.
