Liberty Media are set to vote on whether to go ahead with the takeover of Formula One.
John Malone's company has already set the ball in motion for a deal to purchase the sport from CVC, but the buyout is far from complete.
"I think it is too early to talk about how it (F1) will be with new owners taking charge," F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone said earlierthis week.
Liberty Media has now announced that its shareholders will get together next monthy to "vote on proposals" about the "proposed acquisition" of F1 and the renaming of the company to Formula One Group.
