Test Update: Alonso keeps young talents at bay

Fernando Alonso has set the fastest time in the morning session of the first day of testing at Silverstone.

The experienced McLaren driver keeps young talents Esteban Ocon, Alex Lynn and Charles Leclerc behind him with a fastest time of 1:31.290.

Ferrari and Red Bull Racing haven't done a great amount of laps. Pascal Wehrlein is testing Pirelli prototypes, Pierre Gasly sampled the 'Halo 2' and Nikita Mazepin and Santino Ferrucci made their F1 débuts.
